If a kit isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase at hello@bravereply.fr (or use the refund option in your checkout receipt) and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.
Refunds are issued by our checkout partner (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales is waived at checkout — but our own guarantee above gives you the same 14 days anyway. We'd rather you buy without worry.
